Food Bar Stations 

Our station-style menu is a dinner consisting of multiple mini-buffets and food stations set up where guests can mingle and move about easily and sample a variety of menu items. Great for dietary restraints, food bar stations accommodate a wide array of dietary preferences with lots of choices!  

Southern Fried Station
A taste of the South–we highlight some traditional southern fried favorites served with an array of toppings from goat cheese to remoulade sauce.

Dixie Biscuit Bar
Buttermilk biscuits with gravies, cheese, jams, creative twists add fried chicken to make it unbelievable.

Bruschetta Station
Locally-inspired dips and cheeses served with fruits, pates, and spreads.

Slider Station
Beef or veggie sliders served with traditional toppings as well as meats, cheese, dips, special sauces.

Alabama Grit Bar
Fluffy stone ground grits served with shrimp, meats, gravies, veggies and any other surprises.

Smashed Potato or Sweet Potato Station
Our choice potatoes served with savory toppings, cured meats, cheese, 
sauces, butters and spicy toppings.

Pasta Action Station
A chef-manned station where the guest chooses their pasta, adds a favorite 
sauce and eye-catching ingredients; then the chef flames it, tosses it and 
serves it to them. A fun, interactive station connecting the guests and the food.

Mac and Cheese Bar
Guests start with our creamy mac and cheese, then make it their own by adding mix-in toppings. Toppings include veggies, cheeses, spices, to meaty toppings. Super fun for all ages, and great for the Mac and Cheese lovers.

Build-Your-Own Taco Station
Choose your favorite shell and protein, then add cheese, seasonal salsas, jalapeños, starch, and sauces.
