We are well-seasoned, friendly caterers who offer a unique Southern style with playful touches. Many of our recipes are based on classic Southern dishes that we’ve fused with innovative culinary trends and popular, healthful ingredients. We love using top quality locally fresh ingredients wherever possible, and take the time to make our original recipes from scratch. If having delicious food at your event is important to you, then we are your caterer.

Owners Brad and Cynthia Brasher have a lifelong love affair with food, as well as many years experience hosting and catering weddings and special events. We are born and bred Southerners, originally from Alabama and have lived in the Asheville area for over 19 years. Brad has a degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management and has worked in the industry for over 25 years. Cynthia has a degree in Horticulture with a focus on organic practices in fruit and vegetables, and grew up in a restaurant. We grow many of our herbs, and have a flock of heritage chickens that keep us stocked with fresh eggs.

We are hands-on, and personally involved at every event we cater. Unlike many catering companies, we place limits on how many events we cater each day to help maintain our high quality standards.   

We specialize in catering weddings and other events in the Asheville area, and we would love to provide a perfect culinary experience for your special day.
